The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging. For regular returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. The Lavish Sunset will cover the return shipping cost. You may choose a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

Should I choose the 300 Series or the 500 Series?

Choose the 300 Series for up to 160 square feet of coverage and 26,000 BTU. Choose the 500 Series for larger areas needing up to 215 square feet and 43,000 BTU. Patio layout, wind exposure, mounting height, and open sides can affect performance, so our luxury concierge can help you plan the right size and placement.

Should I select natural gas or liquid propane?

Choose natural gas when your property has a compatible permanent gas supply. Choose liquid propane when propane better fits your installation. Both fuel types are available in the 300 and 500 Series and must be connected by a licensed technician.

What is included, and who should install it?

The heater includes a standard wall-mount bracket. Ceiling poles, heat deflectors, and controllers are sold separately. It requires a gas connection and a 110V electrical supply for ignition. Installation must be completed by a licensed and authorized technician following local building codes, ventilation requirements, and required clearances.

Can I adjust the heat or control it remotely?

The Tungsten Gas operates with on and off heat control rather than adjustable heat levels. It can use a manual wall switch or an optional Bromic On/Off Controller and wireless remote. Compatible Bromic accessories can also support smart home or building automation integration.

Can it stay outdoors, and what warranty does it include?

The Tungsten Gas is designed for outdoor use with a durable matte-black stainless-steel body. For the longest life, Bromic recommends installing it under a covering and using a heat deflector when it is exposed to the elements. It performs in winds up to 8 mph and includes a two-year warranty for the original owner, excluding maintenance items such as hoses and igniters.
