Customers Who Turned Chilly Evenings Into Lasting Memories
A Screened Porch We Can Enjoy All Year
"We wanted our screened porch to feel like a true extension of our home, but New Jersey winters made that difficult. Bromic’s design team helped us choose the right number and placement of heaters, giving us comfortable warmth without overheating the space."

- Courtney Saib, Madison, New Jersey
Beautiful Design and Powerful Heat
“I ordered this heater for my wife’s 45th birthday, and it was the perfect addition to our patio. The design is sleek, modern, and blends beautifully with the space. We were surprised by how quickly the patio felt warmer and more comfortable. Now we can enjoy dinner outside even when the evening gets cooler.”

- James Smith, Naples Homeowner
More Comfortable Outdoor Dining, Even in Winter
"Winter made outdoor dining difficult, and propane heaters simply weren’t practical for us. We decided to go with Bromic and we are very happy with their heaters. We can now comfortably heat our 25+ outdoor seats and our guests like to sit outside even in the colder months."

- Bruce, Operations Manager, Tony’s DiNapoli, New York City
Outdoor Heating Helped Keep Our Bar Alive
“Our garden became our saving grace, but we needed to make it comfortable enough for guests to use throughout the winter. I already knew Bromic for its quality and clean design, and after researching the options, it was the clear choice.
The heaters allowed us to stay open when other neighborhood bars could not. Guests could enjoy their own space outside while still feeling warm and comfortable. Without the outdoor heating, we would not have made it through the winter.”

- Gene Gabow, Owner, Talon Bar, Bushwick, New York

The finishing details should feel clear.
You can picture relaxed dinners and quiet evenings on your patio. Choosing the right pole, bracket or recess kit can feel less straightforward. A similar-looking accessory may belong to a different heater series or power group.
Before ordering, confirm your exact model and discuss the intended position with your installer. Ceiling space, structural support and required clearances all matter. Checking these details early helps you avoid an incompatible purchase and plan a clean, professional finish.

PLAN WITH CARE. ENJOY YOUR SPACE.
Accessories Chosen Around Your Platinum Heater
Explore ceiling mounting poles for selected Platinum Electric models, including separate Marine options, or a matching low-clearance recess kit for a flush ceiling finish. For Platinum Gas, compare gas mounting poles, a replacement wall bracket and series-specific heat deflectors.
Let the heater model lead each choice. Confirm the selected variant, required components and installation plan before ordering. A qualified professional should handle electrical, gas, ceiling, wall or structural work, so the finished setup is ready for evenings together.
CONFIRM THE MODEL. CONSIDER THE SPACE.

Platinum Accessory Questions
A few details to confirm before completing your installation.
No. Compatibility depends on the heater model, fuel type, power rating and accessory variant. Platinum Electric and Electric Marine options are listed separately, while gas accessories are intended for compatible gas models. Confirm your exact heater and the selected part before ordering.
Choose poles listed for your heater type. Platinum Electric mounting poles have separate options for the 2300W and 3400W group, for 4500W heaters, and for the Electric Marine series. Gas mounting poles are a different product. Have your installer confirm the appropriate variant, length, mounting position and clearances.
Match the kit to your Platinum Electric or Electric Marine heater and its wattage. Your installer must check the ceiling cavity, joists and required clearances. The kit has an integrated cooling fan that requires a dedicated power supply independent of the heater connection. The heater, fan power supply and site wiring are not included.
The Platinum Gas Heat Deflector is offered in separate 300 Series and 500 Series variants. Select the version that matches your heater. Have a qualified installer confirm the complete installation and required clearances using the current product instructions. This is a gas-heater accessory, not an electric recess kit.
Use a qualified professional whenever electrical, gas, ceiling, wall or structural work is required. The low-clearance recess kit requires licensed professional installation. Follow the current Bromic instructions and local codes, and confirm which components are included before work begins.
