Product Availability:

All products (including in-stock, supplier-fulfilled, manufacturer-fulfilled, special order, or custom/made-to-order items) are subject to availability. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment is collected, we will notify you and issue a refund.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation:

Receiving an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to review, limit, refuse, or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, stock shortages, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, or shipping restrictions.

• Cancellation Requests: Requests to cancel must be submitted immediately. Once production, custom fabrication, supplier fulfillment, or shipment has commenced, orders cannot be canceled and must follow our Return and Refund Policy.

• Pricing & Errors: Prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a material pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

• Payments: Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or authorized third-party payment gateways. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We do not directly store complete credit/debit card numbers.

• Taxes: Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout as required by law.

5. Shipping, Freight & Delivery

• Shipping Policy: Shipping terms, delivery estimates, freight details, and promotional shipping offers (such as free standard shipping on selected products within the United States) are governed by our Shipping Policy.

• Freight & Oversized Deliveries: Large, heavy, or specialty items (e.g., saunas, hot tubs, cold plunges) require freight shipment. Freight deliveries may require scheduling appointments, customer presence, signature upon delivery, inspection at delivery, and clear truck accessibility.

• Delivery Scope: Standard freight delivery is curbside/driveway drop-off only and does not include assembly, unpacking, placement inside the residence, or white-glove installation unless explicitly arranged in writing prior to delivery.

6. Installation, Warranties & Wellness Products

Installation & Local Requirements:

Unless installation services are explicitly purchased as a separate item, Adriana Jacob Luxury Group LLC does not provide installation. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring site readiness, including adherence to local building codes, permit requirements, HOA rules, and licensing requirements for electrical, gas, or plumbing installations. We strongly recommend professional, licensed installation. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

Manufacturer Warranties:

Products manufactured by third parties may carry independent manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims, registrations, and servicing are subject to the respective manufacturer's guidelines. We can assist you in identifying warranty information, but manufacturer warranties operate independently of our company returns policy.
