Up to about 215 square feet, with 38,500 BTU. Wind, the weather, and where you place it can change this.
There are two models. The propane model uses a standard 20 pound tank and has high to low heat. The tank is not included. The natural gas model comes with a 10 foot quick-connect gas line. You cannot change one into the other later, so pick the right one when you order.
Yes. It has built-in wheels. Turn it off and let it cool before you move it. Always place it on firm, level ground, with the space the Bromic manual asks for.
It is made for outdoor use and works in wind up to 8 mph. It is not waterproof. Use the Tungsten Freestanding Cover, sold separately, when you are not using it.
Bromic gives the original owner a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, under its warranty terms. A natural gas connection should be done by a qualified gas pro.
