The heater delivers 38,500 BTU of directional radiant heat and can cover an area up to approximately 215 square feet. Actual comfort and coverage can vary with wind, temperature, positioning, and the layout of your outdoor space.

Which fuel types are available, and what is included?

The heater is available in separate LPG and natural gas models. Bromic recommends a standard 20-pound propane tank for the LPG model. The propane tank and protective cover are not included. The natural gas model includes a 10-foot quick-connect gas line. Choose the correct fuel model when ordering because the heater is not designed for field conversion.

Can I move and reposition the heater?

Yes. Built-in wheels make the heater easy to reposition, and the adjustable tilting head directs warmth toward your seating or gathering area. Turn the heater off and allow it to cool before moving it. Always place it on firm, level ground and maintain the clearances specified in the Bromic instruction manual.

Can the heater remain outdoors in wind and rain?

The Tungsten Freestanding is designed for outdoor use, and its contoured structure provides wind resistance in conditions up to 8 mph. It is weather resistant, but it is not waterproof. Bromic recommends using the compatible cover when the heater is not in use or storing it under cover after removing the propane tank.

Does the heater require assembly or professional installation, and what is the warranty?

The heater has a modular design for straightforward assembly, dismantling, and storage. It must be assembled, positioned, and connected according to the Bromic instruction manual and all applicable gas codes. Natural gas connections should be completed by a qualified gas professional. Bromic lists a one-year warranty, subject to its warranty terms.
