The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging. For regular returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. The Lavish Sunset will cover the return shipping cost. You may choose a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

All eligible refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

Which wattage is right for my outdoor space?

Choose 2000W for up to 65 square feet, 3000W for up to 100 square feet, 4000W for up to 130 square feet, or 6000W for up to 160 square feet. Layout, mounting height, open sides, and local weather can affect performance. Our luxury concierge can help you plan the right model and placement.

Should I choose 208V, 220 to 240V, or 277V?

The correct voltage must match your property’s electrical service. The 220 to 240V option is commonly used in residential buildings, while 208V and 277V are often found in commercial systems. Available combinations depend on the wattage and finish. A licensed electrician should confirm the correct voltage before you order.

What is included, and how can the heater be mounted?

The heater and standard mounting brackets are included. The brackets can secure it to a wall or ceiling. Optional pole mounts and recess kits are sold separately for other installation styles. Installation must be completed by a licensed and authorized technician following local electrical codes and Bromic clearance requirements.

Can I adjust the heat or control it remotely?

Yes. Compatible Bromic On/Off and Affinity Dimmer Controllers are sold separately for convenient operation and personalized heat adjustment. The 4000W and 6000W models have two heating elements that can be controlled separately when the electrical system and controls are configured correctly.

Can it stay outdoors, and what warranty is included?

The Tungsten Smart-Heat® Electric has an IPX4 water-ingress protection rating, but it is not waterproof. Bromic recommends installing it under cover and protecting it from direct rain, snow, and salt mist. For the original owner, Bromic provides a two-year warranty on the heater and seven years on the heating elements, subject to warranty terms.
