If you need to return your product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging. For regular returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, The Lavish Sunset will cover the return shipping cost. You may choose a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
All eligible refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

But every pendant keeps doing the same thing, because nothing lets you change them with the night. So the evening moves on and your pendants stay behind. Too bright when the mood turns soft. Too warm when everyone is settled. The light and heat you love never quite match the moment you are in.
Heat and Light That Follow the Night
The Bromic Affinity Eclipse Smart-Heat Controllers give each channel control over both the heat output and the integrated LED light of one compatible fixed Eclipse Electric Pendant heater. Adjust heat and light output from your connected phone or tablet through the Bromic Heating App. Choose the 1-channel model for one pendant, or the 5-channel model for up to five independently assigned heaters. Group heaters, create zones, and use timers or schedules for more convenient operation. The 5-channel model adds Ethernet support, and voice integrations make both models suited to planned residential or commercial systems. What is included: one selected Affinity Eclipse controller. The 5-channel model includes its expansion board and enclosure key. What is not included: heaters, poles, field wiring, conduit, Ethernet cabling, structural hardware, and installation labor.
